5. Artist Contributions & Commissions
All artworks, products, and contributions made by artists featured on MoAa™ are protected by individual copyright. Any commissions, licensing, or custom collaborations are subject to separate agreement and terms to be negotiated in writing.

12. Payments & Stripe Processing
All transactions made on this website are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By placing an order, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store your credit card details or have access to your full payment information.
You authorize MoAa to charge your payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
13. Taxes and Currency
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable sales tax may be added depending on your shipping address. International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
